How we use what you send us.
A short note for students and parents. We collect only what we need to counsel you.
What we collect
When you book counselling we ask for your name, mobile number, preferred destination and current education level. We do not ask for marksheets or passport copies on this form.
Why
To return your call, to keep one counsellor on the file, and to avoid wasting a sitting on a number that does not pick up. We do not sell this list.
Who sees it
International Scholar counsellors. We do not share your number with universities until you ask us to apply.
How long
Enquiry records stay while we are in touch, and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up a file if you return. Write to us if you want the record closed.
